Learned counsel for appellant submits that this appeal is filed against order under Section 140 of Motor Vehicles Act on 'No Fault Liability. Thereafter, Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 355/2011 came to be finally decided which has been challenged in First Appeal No. 1255/2017. Thus, it is his contention that since the order of 'No Fault Liability' is merged into final order, nothing survives in the present appeal. Hence, appeal is disposed of as infructuous.
