The petitioner has approached this Court for the following relief :- "By issuing writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate, writ, order or directions in the like nature, the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 may kindly be directed to implement the order dated 27.06.2022 passed by the learned Minister of Social Backward Classes and Welfare Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai and to release the salary and other benefits in accordance with approval accorded by learned Minister to the services of the petitioner."

We have considered the submissions of the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned AGP. The petitioner had approached before the Hon'ble Minister in appeal and the appeal was allowed by order dated 27.06. 2022.

The learned AGP submits that the order of the Hon'ble Minister will be considered by the respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3 and appropriate steps by following the due procedure would be initiated in order to implement the said order, if there is no legal impediment. 5.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed off. 6.

We make it clear that if respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3 notice any legal impediment, they shall immediately communicate their impressions in writing to the petitioner in case they notice legal impediment. Needless to state, if there is no any legal impediment, the consequential benefits flowing from the order of the Hon'ble Minister would be extended to the petitioner without causing undue delay.
