Leave to delete petitioner no.2, who is a 21 year old student and has nothing to do with the family pension of her father. 2.

The learned AGP places on record a Government Resolution dated 29.10.2021 and submits that the grievance of the petitioner is redressed. The same is taken on record and marked as 'X-1' for identification.

He then submits a communication dated 11.11.2021 addressed to the Director of Higher Education, State of Maharashtra in which it is mentioned that the petitioner would be entitled to the benefits of the Government Resolution dated 29.10.2021. The said communication is taken on record and marked as 'X-2' for identification.

The learned AGP submits that a decision with regard to petitioner's family pension would be taken within a period as this Court may direct.

In view of the above, the learned advocate for the petitioners submits, on instructions, that the petitioners are satisfied. 6.

As such, this petition stands disposed off with a direction to respondent no.2 to process the papers of the petitioner's family pension and ensure that the payment of the family pension commences, on or before 20.04.2022.
