This is the Application filed by the Acquiring Body for condonation of 1855 days delay in preferring the Appeal against the Judgment and Award dated 03.01.2017 passed by the learned 3rd Jt. Civil Judge Senior Division, Osmanabad in LAR Nos.702 of 2011. 2.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicant that due to procedural aspect in seeking sanction at various levels and due to COVID-19, the Appeal could not be preferred within the stipulated time. He submits that the Application may be allowed. 3.

None appears for Respondent No.1, though served. 4.

The learned AGP appearing for Respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that appropriate orders may be passed.

After hearing both the sides and for the reasons mentioned in paragraph nos.2 and 3 of the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause '

A', subject to Applicant's depositing costs of Rs.1500/- (Rs. One Thousand Five Hundred) to the Advocates' Association Bar Library, High Court of Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad. Application stands disposed off accordingly.
