NO. 14703 OF 2019 AND CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 5585 OF 2020 IN FIRST APPEAL ST. NO. 21292 OF 2019 Mr. B. K. Pawar, advocate holding for Mr. B. K. Pawar, advocate for the Applicants Mr. S. P. Tiwari and Mr. B. V. Virdhe, AGPs for Respondent No.1.

CORAM : SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE, J.

DATE : 07th July, 2023.

PC :

Heard rival submissions.

Respective applicants-claimants, in all these applications, are seeking condonation of delay periods mentioned therein which appear to be caused due to their financial crisis.

The learned AGP strongly opposed the applications on the ground that delay is not properly explained. The acquiring body, though served, but remained absent.

{2} 914-ca5560.20.odt However, considering the statutory right of the applicants, the delay periods, in all these applications, stand condoned subject to the condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid periods of delay. The appeals be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.

Civil Applications are disposed of.
