We are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition on the merits of the matter. It is submitted that the petitioner has approached the Principal Secretary by making an application (page No. 58). 3.

The petitioner may prosecute his claim with the respondent No. 1 as may be permissible under law. The respondent No. 1 certainly will have to consider all aspects of the matter before taking the decision.
