We had heard Mr. Godhamgaonkar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner had applied to start professional course for the academic year 2018 - 2019. The same is rejected. Mr. Godhamgaonakr, the learned counsel for the petitioner canvassed his submissions on the legality of the order passed by the State Government.

We had asked Mr. Malte, learned counsel for respondent no. 2 as to whether the location Malegoan finds place in the perspective plan for the academic year 2020 - 2021 for start of the professional course. Mr. Malte, learned counsel, on instructions submits that the professional course does not find place in the perspective plan at Malegaon location.

Unless the location finds place in the perspective plan, it will not be possible to consider the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner. As and when the location where the petitioner wants to start the college finds place in the perspective plan, the petitioner can make an application thereto.

With these observations, writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
