ORDER :

These applications are filed for Acquiring Body. It
appears that in the appeal memos, the Head Office was not made party and Division Latur was made party. Now Head Office needs to be added and for that applications are made. All the applications are allowed. Head Office is to come on record as appellant.

In delay condonation applications, issue notice. Shri. Ghute submitted that he is filing appearance for the original claimants. Both the sides are heard in delay condonation applications. In view of the contents of the applications and submissions made and as the applicant, Corporation of the Government, has contended that it faced difficulty in processing the matter and collecting funds, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. Applications are allowed. Delay is condoned. 3.
The learned counsel for appellants argued for admissions of the appeals. All the appeals are admitted. He made a statement that some matters from this group are already admitted by this Court. Notice after admission is waived by the learned counsel Shri. Ghute for original claimants. 4.
In stay applications, heard the learned counsel for Acquiring Body. Seen the judgment and award. This Court holds
that stay needs to be granted subject to condition of depositing entire amount of compensation within twelve weeks from today. In those terms, the applications are allowed and disposed of.
