In view of nature of subject matter the application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). The impugned order of dismissal is hereby recalled. Appeal be restored at its original stage, subject to condition that the appellant/applicant shall supply copies for further process within a period of two weeks, failure to which the present order passed by this court shall stand automatically vacated without further reference to the court.
