Learned advocate for respondent has placed on record copy of the order dated 15/07/2025, by which the benefit is extended to the petitioner and one advance increment is given to her with effect from 05/09/2016. The said order is marked as 'X' for the purpose of identification. Learned advocate for respondent, therefore, submits that the order is complied with. 2.

Learned advocate for petitioner points out that this Court had directed the respondent to give this increment vide order passed in the year 2020 and now, after a period of almost five years the order is complied with. Learned advocate for respondent submits that respondent had preferred review which was decided against him and thereafter the order is complied with. 3.

In view of compliance of the order, contempt petition is disposed of.
