Heard. The petitioner is an educational institute soliciting indulgence of the authorities for granting approval for part time assistant teachers in the light of change in the pattern of fixing the staffing pattern, pending with the respondent No. 2 since 21 March 2023 (Exhibit - C).

Writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 2 to take appropriate decision/steps on the petitioner's representation (Exhibit -C) on its own merits, if it has not been already taken, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of five (05) weeks from today and communicate its decision to the petitioner.
