Mr. Bhosale, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given representation for her transfer on the ground of couple convenience and also at a place where the petitioner is transferred does not have facilities of transportation.

The learned A.G.P. appears for respondent nos.1 and 2. Mr. Suryawanshi, learned counsel appears for respondent no.3.

In case, representation filed by the petitioner as claimed by the petitioner is pending with respondent no.3, then respondent no.3 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, preferably within a period of two (02) weeks.
