The petitioner/institute is seeking direction to the respondents/ authorities who process the proposal for sanction/creation of post of teachers and non-teaching employees in the two special schools. 3.

It is being pointed out that the District Social Welfare Officer has forwarded the proposal to the Assistant Commissioner on 31.03.2024. However, it is not being further processed.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that for the time being petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is given to the respondents/authorities to process the proposal in accordance with law.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent no.1 and 2 to process the proposal Exhibit-I dated 31.03.2024 in accordance with law and the policy and to take final decision as expeditiously as possible and in any case within eight weeks from today. 6.
