Heard learned Counsel for the applicants.

The applicants are seeking recalling of order dated 16.11.2016 whereby registration of their appeal was refused for non-removal of office objections. There is also huge delay of 2348 days for filing this application and in the meantime, the appeal memo and annexures are also destroyed. Learned Counsel for the applicants undertakes to reconstruct the documents and to remove all the office objections within four weeks.

In view of the same, the order dated 16.11.2016 stands recalled and the appeal after reconstruction be restored for removal of office Pooja K.

919 CA 7914-2023 objections within four weeks subject to deposit of cost of Rs.10,000/- (rupees Ten Thousands only) to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court, Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad. 4.
