Perused record and proceeding. The office note indicates that the notice issued to sole respondent Gajanan Supadu Patil returned unserved on the ground that he is dead. A bailiff report dated 14.6.2016 alongwith death certificate indicates that Gajanan Supadu Patil has died on 26.11.2014. Thereafter, the learned Advocate for the appellant has not taken any steps to bring on record the L.Rs. of sole respondent. In view of this, I pass following order.

ORDER

The appeal stands abated and disposed of against sole respondent Gajanan Supadu Patil.
