Heard Mr. Gandhi, learned counsel for applicant. Mr. Gandhi, learned counsel submits that he has served Mr. Dighe, learned counsel appearing for respondents. Mr. Dande, learned A.G.P. is also present.

The applicant has annexed a copy of the Demand Draft dated 05.08.2020.

The learned counsel submits that the applicant was required to deposit an amount by 31.03.2020, but due to strict lockdown the amount could not be deposited.

We have considered the submissions canvassed by the learned counsel for the respective parties.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the civil application and the factum of the lockdown in force at the relevant time, we recall the order dated 23.07.2020, so also modify the order dated 28.02.2020.

The applicant shall deposit an amount of Rs.20,000/- as directed in the order dated 28.02.2020 within one week from today. If the applicant fails to deposit the amount within one week, then the original order shall stand.

Civil Application is disposed of.
