Present petition is filed for sanctioning additional staff. Application filed by the petitioner for sanction of additional staff is rejected.

It is submitted that, subsequently recommendation has been made and forwarded to the State Government for sanction of additional staff to the petitioner. The same is forwarded by the Commissioner (respondent No. 2) to the State Government in the month of November 2021.

In view of the fact that, subsequently recommendation has been made by the respondent No. 2 and the proposal now is

2 wp 7073.21 pending with the State Government, the State Government shall take decision upon said recommendation made by the respondent No. 2 regarding grant of additional staff to the petitioner on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four

(04) months from today.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
