I have heard learned advocates of both the sides elaborately. 2.

With the help of the learned advocates I have gone through the record.

The matter pertains to the dispute between the two factions of the trust managing educational institutions.

It appears that couple of change reports are pending before the concerned Deputy Charity Commissioner for decision in accordance with law. 5.

In view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (C) Diary No.15900 of 2022, dated 07-06-2022, the 1/2

982-WP NO.5595 OF 2022.odt learned Deputy Charity Commissioner has now been directed to decide the both the change reports within a period of three months. The order of the Supreme Court reads as under :- "

Permission to file the Special Leave Petition(s) is granted. Having heard the learned counsel for the respective parties, we direct the Deputy Charity Commissioner, before whom the Change Report Nos. 1420 of 2019 and 596 of 2021 are pending, to decide and dispose of the same in accordance with law and on its own merits after giving opportunity to all concerned, at the earliest and preferably within three months from the date of receipt of this order. The concerned parties are directed to cooperate with the Deputy Charity Commissioner for early disposal of the aforesaid Change Reports. If any of the parties try to delay the hearing of the matter, it will be open to the Deputy Charity Commissioner to proceed further with the Change Reports ex-parte after passing a reasoned order. With the above observations and directions, the Special Leave Petitions are disposed of.

Pending interlocutory application(s), if any, is/are disposed of." 6.

In view of the supervening event whereby the Hon' ble Supreme Court has directed the change reports to be decided within stipulated time, the writ petition is disposed of.
