4.1.2018 PER COURT:- 1) Mr.Mangesh Jadhav, learned counsel for the applicant files a purshis on behalf of the applicant in which it is stated that the applicant has already recovered the possession of the Suit property from the tenant. The purshis states that the tenant has handed over the possession of the Suit property against the Possession Receipt dated 26.11.2017, which is infact annexed to the purshis.

( 2 ) 22-CRA 171 of 2014 2) On the basis of aforesaid circumstances, Mr.Mangesh Jadhav, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the Civil Revision Application No.171 of 2014. Leave is granted.
