1) Civil Application No.7189 of is filed for recalling the order of dismissal made in this Court on 116-2015, for condonation of delay caused in filing restoration application. Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

2) It appears that initially notice was published in a news paper but the news paper was not having sufficient circulation where the respondent is residing. The present application is filed for publishing the notice in the news paper having sufficient circulation. Learned counsel takes blame to him.

2 CA 7189 of 2016 3) In view of the submissions made and the contentions made this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. The application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The matter is restored to its original number. Notice of the proceeding is to be published in the news paper mentioned in the present matter viz Daily "Hindi Milaf" published in Secunderabad-Hyderabad.
