The grievance of the petitioner is that the recovery certificate issued under Section 8 of Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 is not being executed by the Revenue Authority. 2.

The Revenue Authority may execute the revenue recovery certificate issued in favour of the petitioner in accordance with law and proceedings against the property of the certificate debtor subject to charge or right of secured creditor. The same be executed expeditiously.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
