Though the learned Counsel for the Acquiring Body is seeking stay to the execution of impugned judgments and awards by paying 50% of the compensation amount, however, in certain connected matters, this Court had already granted stay by directing Acquiring Body to deposit 75 % of compensation amount. As such, the present applications stand allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) subject to deposit of 75% of the total compensation amounts alongwith proportionate interest accrued thereon till date, within 12 weeks, failing which the stay shall be vacated without further reference to the Court.
