The present civil application has been filed by the applicants praying for bringing on record L.Rs. of deceased appellant Vitthal Dattatray Ghadage, who is expired on 12.03.2016. The names of L.Rs. of deceased appellant are given in para no.2 of this application. A copy of death certificate filed on record shows that appellant Vitthal Dattatray Ghadage died on 12.03.2016. The present application is filed by the applicants on 04.05.2016. It is argued by learned Advocate that civil application is in time and there is no contest to this civil application. Taking into consideration the date of death of appellant Vitthal Ghadage as mentioned in the civil application and filing of application on 04.05.2016, I am of the view that the application is in time and there ca11566.16(95)

is no contest to this application. In the result, I proceed to pass following order.

ORDER

Civil Application No.11566/2016 is hereby allowed. The applicants are permitted to bring on record L.Rs. of deceased appellant Vitthal Dattatray Ghadage. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of 14 days from the date of this order.

Civil application is disposed of.
