2.

The learned advocate for the respondent submits that he had informed the learned advocate for the review applicants regarding listing of the matters today. He tenders across the bar a copy of the WhatsApp message forwarded to the learned advocate and the response received from him.

3.

The review applicant No. 1 is the acquiring body seeking a review of the common order passed on its application seeking condonation of delay under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 in preferring first appeals against the order passed by the reference court in a reference under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. The applications for condonation of delay were decided on merits with an elaborate speaking order, specifically indicating that the applications filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act were sans any ground much less sufficient to condone the delay. 4.

Besides, pertinently, even these review applications have been filed 1/2

903 REVAPP 287 OF 2022.odt belatedly and were directed to be entertained by condoning the delay. No sufficient and cogent ground is discernible even in the review applications to undertake the review.

5.

The Review Applications are dismissed.
