Even after second call at about 2.48 hours, none appeared on behalf of the applicant. On face of record, it appears that on 30.04.2019 the revision applicant instituted the present revision challenging the order dated 18.01.2019 passed by the Family Court, Latur in Petition E-120/2017, whereby the prayer of the present applicant in Petition A-7/2018 for restitution of conjugal right is dismissed. However, Petition E-120/2017 filed by the present non-applicants wife and children was allowed and the present applicant was directed to pay Rs.3,000/- per month to the non-applicant no.1 (wife) and Rs.2,000/- each per month to both the daughters i.e. non-applicant nos.2 and 3.

Therefore, I do find that the present applicant has no interest to prosecute the matter as the present revision is lying pending since then. Under these circumstances, no option is left with this Court but to dismiss the present revision for want of prosecution. Accordingly, it is dismissed for want of prosecution.
