CORAM : R.M. BORDE & A.M. DHAVALE, JJ (Date: 5TH JUNE, 2018) PER COURT :- The petitioner claims to belong to Mahar caste which is included in the scheduled caste category.

The father of the petitioner has been issued validation certificate by the scrutiny committee on 10.1.2012. In view of the notification issued by the State Government on 24.11.2017, the petitioner is entitled to receive the validation certificate on the strength of validation certificate issued to his blood relations on paternal side.

The scrutiny committee shall take appropriate decision in the matter and issue necessary certificate in observance of the notification issued by the Government on 24.11.2017 as expeditiously as possible and within a period of four weeks from today.

{2} wp 5130.18.odt The Principal MGM's Mother Teresa College of Nursing, Aurangabad shall transmit the examination form of the petitioner by e-mail or by fax to the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nasik today itself. On receipt of the examination form, the respondent No.4 shall generate hall ticket on-line and forward the same to the college. On completing the aforesaid formalities, the petitioner shall be permitted to appear for examination.
