We direct the learned A.G.P. to accept notice for respondent No.1 to 4. The notice to respondent No.5 is dispensed with, since respondent No.5 has supported the case of the petitioners. 3.

In this background, we deem it appropriate to permit the petitioners to appear before respondent No.4/Education OfÏcer on 23rd June 2025 in the matter of grant of approval. 4.

The Education OfÏcer shall take decision within three months from the date of appearance of petitioners.
