The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.5 of 2024 registered with Markhel Police Station, District Nanded for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 376(2)(n), 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66, 66-E, 67-A of the Information and Technologies Act.

Perused the papers. The applicant and victim were major. They were in love relationship. However, unfortunately they could not pull out their relationship and convert it into the marriage. They had a consensual sex. Though allegations of making the photographs viral, nothing has been recovered. They seems to have been in relationship for a good period. Material investigation has

964-ba-820-2024.odt (2) been completed and charge sheet has been filed. There are no antecedents to the discredit of the applicant. No purpose would be served in keeping the applicant behind the bar. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant, Sachin Shankar Rathod, be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount in the above crime, on the conditions that; (a) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) The applicant shall attend the trial on each effective date. (c) The applicant shall not contact the victim or her relatives by any mode or manner till conclusion of the trial. (S.G. MEHARE, J.) Mujaheed//
