Learned advocate for the petitioners has placed on record the copy of the letter dated 20.11.2018 addressed by the Deputy Secretary, General Administration Department (Information Technology), to all the Principal Secretaries of the Departments stating that the Government has granted stay to the recovery from the employees who have not submitted MS-CIT Certificate in stipulated time.

It is further submitted that pursuant to the said communication, the recovery from the petitioner is stayed. 3.

In this view of the matter, petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Permission is granted. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
