Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The case of the petitioner is that, admit card is not issued to him. The petitioner has complied with all aspects, however, fees was not paid because of the fault of the respondent No. 4. It was informed that, server was down. The petitioner was enquiring about issuance of admit card, but no response was received. 2.

It is submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader and Mr. Narwadkar, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 that, the petitioner had an opportunity to pay

2 wp 6414.17 the fees and along with late fees upto 10th April, 2017, but no steps are taken by the petitioner and now entire process is completed.

The petitioner, it seems has put the blame on the respondent No. 4, even in his representation dated 29.04.2017 issued to the police Inspector.

It appears as per averments of the petitioner that, the petitioner was relying upon the respondent No. 4 and the petitioner personally has not taken pains to verify within the time schedule prescribed.

Normally in the cases of students we take a sympathetic approach.

The respondent Nos. 1 to 3 may consider the case of the petitioner sympathetically and if it is possible to make arrangement to issue admit card to the petitioner, upon payment of fees and late fees, then shall take steps for the same.
