Heard the learned counsel Mr. Bhosale, for the applicant (in Appln No. 1246 of 2021), learned counsel for intervenor and the learned APP for the State.

The applicants are the in-laws of Sunanda (deceased). The complainant is the brother of deceased, Sunanda. Sunanda died in suspicious circumstances, within a year from the date of her marriage. Her husband is accused in the present crime. Offence came to be registered vide Crime No. 335 of 2020 at Pimpalner Police Station, District Beed, on 07th December, 2020, for the offences punishable under

24ba539.21 sections 498-A, 304-B, 306 and 323 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code ('IPC' for short).

The investigation in this case is over and the charge-sheet has been filed. It is reported that the trial is now posted on 27th July, 2021, for framing the charge.

I have perused the charge-sheet with the assistance of the learned counsel for the applicants. The allegations for 'unlawful demand' against the applicants and consequent harassment, are extremely general in nature. The applicants are in the custody from 07th /08th December, 2020. Their presence for the trial can be secured by imposing conditions. In consideration of the facts of the case, applicants are directed to be released on bail.

ORDER

The applicants arrested in Crime No. 335 of 2020 registered at Pimpalner Police Station, District Beed, shall be released on bail on executing a P.R. bond by each of Rs. 15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand Only) each with one or more sureties in the like amount. 6.

It is made clear that, observations made hereinabove, shall be construed as expression of opinion for the purpose of granting bail only and the same shall not, in any way, influence the trial in other proceedings.
