Though the respondent No. 5 is served, none appears for the respondent No. 5.

It is submitted that, validation proceeding in respect of caste claim of the petitioner is pending with the Committee since 2014. The grievance of the petitioner is that, result of the II year 04th semester of B. E. (I & T) is withheld on the ground that validity is not submitted.

We have heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader also.

The respondent/committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight (08) months from today.

The respondent No. 5 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination of II year 04th semester of B. E. (I. & T.) only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.
