2] Leave to correct prayer clause-C in Criminal Application No.1245 of 2021, wherein inadvertently delay of 3 days is mentioned, which is much more.

3] Criminal Application No.1245 of 2021 is moved to amend Criminal Application No.2136 of 2019 as per the order dated 18.03.2020 passed in Criminal Application No.727 of 2020 by extending the time.

4] Thus, there is a delay of near about 1 year and 3 months. However, considering the nature of the amendment,

5] The applicants to produce the receipt to that effect before this Court.

7] List the Criminal Application No.2136 of 2019 on 13.08.2021.
