Delay of 418 days, excluding Covid-19 period, is caused in filing this Civil Application for seeking restoration of the Writ Petition, which is refused registration on account of non removal of office objections.

The Writ Petition was at a pre-notice stage and notices were yet not issued.

The learned AGP opposed the application contending that the Applicants/ Petitioners should donate some costs to the Bar Association.

The learned Advocate for the Applicants submits

*2* 946ca428o24 that he would voluntarily donate an amount of Rs.1000/- to the Bar Association.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed. Delay of 418 days is condoned on the condition that all office objections shall be removed on or before 02.02.2024. The amount of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) shall be donated to the Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad, within the same period.
