The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits on instructions that both the Petitioners desire to withdraw this petition. In addition, they voluntarily state that an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- may be donated to the Advocate Association'

s Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad. We verified from them once again and they reiterated this desire.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Since the Petitioners have made the above statement, the Registry shall transmit an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- to the Advocate Association' s Bar Library, khs/August 2023/30

- 2 - High Court, Aurangabad. The remaining amount of Rs.1,00,000/- alongwith accrued interest, can be withdrawn by the Petitioners under identification of the learned Advocate.
