The Writ Petition was refused registration for non removal of office objections. Delay of 418 days is caused in filing this Application, excluding Covid-19 days.

Heard the learned AGP on behalf of the Respondents. 3.

Since the Writ Petition was at pre-notice stage, we are entertaining this Civil Application.

For the reasons set out, the delay is condoned and the Civil Application is allowed. The Writ Petition would be registered only on the condition that the Petitioner would remove all office objections on or before 22nd February, 2024.
