Perused the record and proceeding. The objection notified by the office is that printing charges are not paid and copy of FCA is not supplied till the expiry of the date within which the time can be excused. There is no representation on behalf of appellant. No steps have been taken to remove the objections. The adequate chances have been given to remove the objection. Thus, it appears that appellant is not interested in removing the objection notified by the office. Hence order.

The objection has not been removed hence appeal is dismissed for failure to prosecute.
