Admittedly, the impugned Judgment and Award passed in the year 2009. The present applications have been filed in the month of Judge-2010. In view of efflux of colossal period, there is no propriety to grant stay to the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the Reference Court at the instance of appellant State of Maharashtra. Hence, the civil applications for stay stands disposed of. No order as to the costs.
