Heard the learned counsel for Applicant.

By order dated 27th September, 2016, this Court has stayed the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal in the appeal preferred by MSRTC / joint tort-feasor on condition to deposit 70% of the amount under the award with interest accrued thereon and accordingly, the MSRTC has deposited 70% of the amount as awarded by the Tribunal. The Applicant is ready to deposit remaining 30% of the amount alongwith accrued interest thereon within one week. In view of the above, the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal to that extent is hereby stayed as against the present Applicant on condition that the amount to the extent of 30% as warded
