After hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioner at length, when this Court was not inclined to entertain the petition. The learned Counsel, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition. 2.

Permission granted. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

While issuing the notice vide order dated 06.05.2025, this Court had directed the petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs.30,000/- (rupees Thirty Thousands only) before the Trial Court. So far the amount deposited by the petitioner is concerned, a sum of Rs.25,000/- (rupees Twenty Five Thousands only) shall be refunded to the petitioner along with accrued interest, and balance amount of Rs.5,000/- (rupees Five Thousands only) shall be paid to the respondent as cost.
