We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.P.

The petitioner seeks reimbursement of fees of the students of Nursing Courses for the academic years 2011-12 and 2012-13.

In number of matters, this Court has taken a view that the students from the reserved category will be entitled for the fees reimbursement. Various orders passed were made subject matter of Review. The same is decided under order dated 13.10.2017, by this Court in Review Application (Stamp) No.22465 of 2016 with connected Review Applications.

As the issue involved is the same and for the reasons recorded in Review Application (Stamp) No.22465 of 2016 with connected Review Applications under judgment and order dated 13.10.2017, the Respondents shall reimburse the fees of the reserved category students admitted to the ANM and GNM courses for the academic years 2011-12 and 2012-13 in accordance with the Government Resolutions applicable to these students after verifying the admission of those students and those students having undergone the courses for academic years 2011-12 and 2012-13. The same shall be done expeditiously, preferably within four (4) months.
