By this application a prayer is made to grant permission to bring on record legal heirs of deceased appellantBabasaheb Dhondiba Dhage who died on 01.09.2020. A prayer is also made to condone the delay caused in filing the civil application.

Apparently, the death of the appellant is during the Covid period. The application is also filed during the subsistence of Covid. Therefore, the delay caused in filing application would inconsequential. In that view of the matter, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B', 'C', and 'D'.
