PER COURT :- 1.

The petitioner has already tendered an appeal proceeding before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Aurangabad, and the proceeding is stated to be pending. Since an application at Exh.5 tendered by the petitioner has been rejected by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Aurangabad, he approached this Court and the learned Vacation Judge has granted protection on 19th May, 2015.

In the facts of this case, this petition can be disposed of by directing the Debts Recovery Tribunal to decide the pending appeal as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks from today. The interim order passed by this Court on 19th May, 2015, shall continue to operate until disposal of the appeal presented by the petitioner.
