Ms. Talekar, the learned advocate for petitioners submits that the petitioners had filed an appeal against the order passed by the Respondent No. 4. The appeal be directed to be decided in 4 weeks and the petitioners be granted protection. The learned counsel further submits that the renewal of license of the petitioners is up to March 2018.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for all respondents.

The petitioners state that petitioners have got the license upto March, 2018 and the appeal is still pending.

Considering the above, the Respondent No. 2 shall decide the appeal filed by the petitioners on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within six (6) weeks from today. Writ petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.

The learned A.G.P shall communicate this order to the Respondent No. 2.
