This application is for condonation of delay of 2899 days caused in filing first appeal. The application is filed by original claimant whose land came to be acquired in the acquisition proceedings. 3.

Considering this, delay stands condoned. The application is allowed subject to condition that the applicant shall deposit Rs.2,500/-

Ethape ( 2 ) 38-CA-7745-2023 towards costs in the Advocate's Bar Association Library, Aurangabad within a period of four weeks from today.
