cra2603.15 filed by the complainant under Section 372 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, bearing Criminal Appeal No.356 of 2015. This Application seeking leave to Appeal arises out of the same Judgment and order challenged in Criminal Appeal No.356 of 2015.

In that view of the matter, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A), (B) and (C) and stands disposed of.
