Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that, during the pendency of the instant Writ Petition, an award under the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 has been passed and the compensation has been paid to the Petitioners. It is, therefore, submitted that, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed.

In view of the aforesaid submission, no further order is required to be passed in the Writ Petition. The same is disposed of.
