It is submitted that the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the committee.

Though respondent no. 3 is served none appears for respondent no. 3.

As the validation proceeding is pending, we pass the following order.

The committee shall decide the validation

2 wp 6350.19 proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date the petitioner appears before the committee. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 11.09.2019. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding.

Till the validation proceeding is decided, the respondent / employer shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. The respondent / employer can take further course of action depending upon the judgment that will be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding.

Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
