This criminal application is filed for extension of time to surrender. The applicant was released on emergency parole in view of pandemic. Notice dated 10 May 2022 was served on the applicant directing him to surrender by 1 June 2022. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant pointed out the order dated 3 June 22 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SW(C) No. 1/2000. The learned counsel, on instructions, states that the applicant would surrender on or before 13 June 2022. 3.

In view of the said statement, criminal application is disposed of.
