This application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 1698 days caused in filing the first appeal.

The applicants are the original claimants whose land came to be acquired by the respondent-Acquiring Body. The applicants are reviewed to waive interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period. 4.

(i) Civil Application is allowed. Delay stands condoned. (ii) Office to register first appeal.

(iii) The applicants shall file specific undertaking/affidavit that the applicants shall not be entitled to claim any interest for the delayed period in case the appeal is allowed and amount is enhanced. 5.

With this civil application stands disposed off. FIRST APPEAL 6.
